Resource Weekly Progress Report

Good communication between parents and teachers is an extremely important factor in helping the student be successful.

To insure good communication, I have developed a bright pink progress report. This goes home the first day of each week and is due back signed by Thursday.

The report tells you if homework was returned, scores on manditory AR books that were read that week (must read 2 books worth .5 points), spelling test, dictation test scores, and behavior.

 
The current week's homework is stapled to the progress report. There will be an X on the line next to the subject/s included. Please monitor the homework and help your child with practicing the spelling, reading, or other assignments.
REWARDS - Students who return homework will earn tickets that they can use for auction items, ice cream, or other rewards.
CONSEQUENCES - Students who do not turn in their homework will do it during their lunch recess on Thursday and/or Friday, with no credit given for rewards.
